Start-up Coaching - 6 Sessions

A six-session coaching engagement to assist new entrepreneurs in better establishing their businesses for growth and success. A thorough review of their business to identify gaps or weaknesses within the company, and to provide solutions and advice on how best to proceed.

Ideal Clients

  • Entrepreneurs or businesses with at least six months of revenue generation want assistance ensuring a solid footing from which to grow their organizations.
  • Entrepreneurs who started their businesses in the last two years are still determining what they need to know about their companies and how to move them forward.
  • Entrepreneurs who have been in business for less than two years with minimal revenue now want to understand what changes they should make to move their business in a positive direction.

You will leave each session with a list of action items and be supported as you implement your new strategies and initiatives.

Leadership Development – 12-month Engagement

Designed to unlock leadership potential and help individuals best utilize their leadership to support your business further.

  • We begin with two 90-minute strategy sessions to create an action plan—the roadmap to becoming the leader you want to be. The plan includes vision and values, objectives, strategies, practical actions, personality characteristics, and approach.
  • Then, monthly one-hour live or virtual meetings will support you as you implement your plan, along with an additional 30 minutes per month of ad hoc coaching time to be used as needed when immediate coaching is required to navigate a challenge.
