Frequently Asked Questions

Except for hourly services, all services are provided as fixed-price contracts unless otherwise outlined in contract terms. We can only offer a price by speaking to you; understanding your requirements and the scope of work is critical to the success of any engagement.

Once we understand your requirements, we will provide you with a proposal and contract outlining the scope of work, our terms and conditions, and the project’s cost.

Once we’ve determined your needs, we’ll base your cost structure around the following criteria:

The cost is based on the type and length of the engagement. Most engagements require an initial 50% deposit, with the balance due upon completion. Progress billing will be done monthly for lengthier engagements, as the work contract stipulates.
Business & Leadership Coaching

The initial three months are due at contract signing, and every month after that, they are billed monthly. 

Start-Up Consulting

Set price for 6-session engagement

Payment plan options available, to be settled, and details outlined in the contract before commencement.

Advisory Services

$375.00 – 3 x 1 hour session package

$150.00 for every additional hour (standalone)

**Hourly fees range from $150.00-$185.00 per hour (plus applicable taxes) depending on the engagement and type of work.

Although we are based in the Greater Toronto Area, we provide services across North America.  The proposal and subsequent contract will include any travel requested or required for any engagement.

We do not provide free on-site or office consultations. We offer 30-minute free phone consultations, which you can book online. If meeting on-site or in person is essential, we will do so at our current hourly rates. If you choose to engage, your account will be credited with the amount you paid for this initial consultation.

  • We will arrange an initial phone consultation with you to understand your requirements.
  • We will provide you with a proposal of engagement that includes a contract for the offerings we discussed with you on the call.
  • Once you decide to proceed and receive the signed contract, we will invoice you for the down payment outlined in the contract.
  • Once the down payment has been made, work will begin.
  • Per the proposal, we will communicate regularly until you receive your final deliverables. Your final payment is due upon receipt of your final deliverables.
